Sacred Shape is not responsible for any injury, damage to property or misconduct associated with hooping, fire hooping and our fire hoops. Play with fire at your own risk! 

Ordering

All orders are processed through a secure checkout process and any information you enter is encrypted for your protection and will not be shared.

Once an order has been placed, please allow 2–3 business weeks for completion, or more in high volume periods (holidays). Many times it takes a fraction of this time. This does not include shipping time.

Each order is custom made to your specifications, and there may be other orders already in queue. We can rush you order if you chose.

Every hoop is 100% custom made to order and, as a result, ALL SALES are FINAL – no refunds and no exchanges.

Payment

We accept Paypal. You can use a credit card with our Paypal processing system if you don’t have a Paypal account.

Checks are also accepted however, hoop production will begin after check has cleared.

Shipping Policies

We only ship full size collapsible travel hoops. We cannot ship non-collapsible solid hoops at this time, but they are available for local pickup.

Singles ship for amount based on your zip code (you can see rate calculated in checkout) and increase a bit for each additional hoop.

You will be provided with a tracking code when your order ships. All shipments are insured.

Rush Orders $18 + RUSH DELIVERY CHARGES

If you need to receive your package by a specific date, please indicate this in the comments section of the online order form.

Local Pickup

Sacred Shape is located on the Mendocino coast in Northern California. Local pick up is available. We will contact you via email to let you know when your order is ready for pick up.

International Orders

Sorry, at this time we do not fill international orders. We are working on this. Please check back later.

Return Policy

As all hoops are custom made, all sales are final and shipping is non-refundable. Please be sure to read our FAQ to make sure you order what will work for you and please email us if you still have any questions. Often times, the return shipping is cost prohibitive to the customer to initiate a return.

Damage & Repairs Policy

Almost any part of hoop can be damaged. They are made to play with after all. Please refer to hoop care and maintenance for tips on how to keep your hoop looking great for a long time.

Fortunately, most damage can be fixed one way or another. Please contact us if you have a problem with your hoop. If you have the ability to include a photo of the damage please do.

Warranty

Dance Hoop Warranty 

Your Dance Hoop will have a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if by chance anything fails, we will fix it for you and turn it back around within 2–3 weeks.

Fire Hoop Warranty

Fire hoops are handmade and are not completely indestructible! Your tool is made of plastic so please use caution when burning to avoid melted tubing. Wicks will eventually break down and can be replaced. Wicks generally have a very long lifespan depending on the fuel used and the number of times you burn (see fire hoop care). If your tubing has been damaged your hoop can be rebuilt into new tubing for a cost.

Your fire hoop will have a 1 year warranty starting from the date of purchase.

If some part of the hardware fails in the first year (eg. connector/push-button or spine malfunction) then ship it back and it will be fixed at no cost. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if by chance anything fails, we will fix it for you and turn it back around within 2–3 weeks.

Your warranty will cover:
A spine insert coming out of the hoop
Spine malfunction
Hardware failure

Your warranty will NOT cover:
Melted/warped/kinked/cracked tubing

Damage to kevlar/wicks (we sell replacement wicks or if your spine is still in good shape we can re-wrap it. See wick renewal below).

Please contact us before returning a hoop for repair.

Refunds & Exchanges

Only new/ un-used products may be returned/exchanged.

25% stocking fee for all hoop & fire hoop returns/exchanges. They are custom-made, with specific size, weights, and colors. We may not be able to sell a returned hoop easily. Because of this we do charge a restocking fee.

Tape Renewals

Tape wears over time naturally, we want you to have the most beautiful hoop possible so please read the hoop care section to learn how to keep your hoop looking good for longer. You know you’re good hooper if your hoop tape shows its miles. If the tape on your hoop becomes worn we offer a RE-TAPING SERVICE. For a small fee ($15)+ S&H we will give your hoop a makeover. Because we want to offer this service for an affordable price we ask you to remove all the tape/ sparkles from your hoop before returning it to us for re-taping. We like to use Fast Orange Hand cleaner with Pumice to remove an sparkles left on the tubing, found at auto parts and hardware stores.
