How do I know what size to order?
If you are a beginner we recommend you start with a Large HD Hoop. The larger and heavier the hoop is, the slower it moves, allowing the hooper to really feel when and where to push. If you would like more info on selecting a hoop check out our Choosing a Hoop page. If you are still unsure, feel free to contact us.
What weight of tubing do I need?
Light weight hoops (PP) are generally more for experienced hoopers or hoopers that do more off-body hooping. The HD hoops are heavier so they are easier to keep up. You also burn more calories using a HD hoop versus a light weight hoop. See more information about tubing and weights here. If you are still not sure, feel free to contact us.
Can I order a custom hoop?
Yes, if you do not find what you are looking for please contact us. We are more than happy to make your dream hoop.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. But we’re working on this so please check back soon.
How long until I receive my hoop?
Once an order has been placed, please allow 2–4 business weeks for completion, or more in high volume periods (holidays). This does not include shipping time.
Each order is custom made to your specifications, and there may be other orders already in queue.
Is hooping good for me?

- But mostly: it’s FUN and addictive, so you’ll do it again and again!
